I ordered 3 items against Order N. [protected] palce around 9 pm on 15.02.25. Order was to be picked at New Delhi KFC RBD CP2 Outer Circle.
Upon reaching the store at 9.30 pm, I was told that the order was not for that store and I was asked to go to another store situated in Delhi Pahargunj.
Upon reaching Pahargunj store, I was redirected to the CP2 Outer cIrcle store. This time the CP2 Outer Circle Store gave a number of excuses to reiterate that the order was not conveyed to them by KFC back end. However, after showing them the order history on the App on my mobile, they finally agreed and served the order.
Upon reaching home and sitting down to eat, I found that the parcel did not contain one of the ordered items - 1x2 pc Hot Wings.
The entire experience is totally unacceptable. It seems that not only KFC has got no standards for customer satisfaction but their stores are also manned by incompetent staff, not to mention their ill-intentions to short serve customers, if any.
This cold, uneaten food has been lying at my residence. KFC was requested to arrange a pick up and issue a full refund with apologies for such disgusting service. Was this information helpful? |
