KFC India — stale chicken served

Today i ordered a couple of chicken longers at kfc. I realized after taking a bite that the chicken is hard and has a foul odour. That's when i took the chicken out and found its totally stale. I complained at the counter and they refused to accept my claim and instead argued with me. After about 30 minutes they finally provided me with a new chicken longer in return, which too was stale. This behaviour of the kfc staff and the quality of food being served is totally unacceptable.
