I ordered 2 chicken zinger burgers (from Outlet: KFC bungalow road, Delhi-110007, India) on 4th March 2022 for me and my friend. With the very first bite, the chicken tasted stale. It tasted so bad and stale that we couldn’t even finish eating it. Within 2-3 hours of consuming the burger, both o[censored]s got severe indigestion, loose motion, vomiting and abdominal cramps. This happened because of the chicken, which was definitely not fresh! People pay a hefty amount to eat chicken burgers at KFC where, apparently, quality isn’t compromised. And you can eat with the assurance of eating fresh food. This isn’t the first time that we ate from this outlet. Nothing happened before. Seems like there is no quality check of the chicken or food in general at KFC post-covid since these people are clearly cheating us with fake quality check certificates! I demand an apology plus compensation for causing us such severe discomfort. Someone like me would have never complained about it if hadn’t been so severe!!
