Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Quality of Zinger Pro Burger
Dear KFC Customer Support,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order of the Zinger Pro Burger, which I frequently order through Zomato. Unfortunately, this time, the quality of the product was far below expectations.
When the burger arrived, it was not wrapped properly, and the bun was uncooked. The filling consisted of only tomatoes and mayonnaise, with a very small chicken piece inside. The bun was white and undone, making the entire experience quite unpleasant. This was not the quality I expect from KFC, especially considering my past positive experiences.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure better quality control in future orders. I truly enjoy KFC products, but if such issues persist and I do not receive a response, I may have to reconsider ordering from KFC again.
