Dear KFC Customer Care Team,

I'm writing to report an issue with my recent order from KFC Forum Vijaya Mall. My order details are as follows:

- Date: April 16, 2025
- Estimated Pickup Time: 10:05 PM

Unfortunately, I didn't picked up the items I ordered. I paid ₹416.00 via UPI, but the order was incomplete. I'd like to request a refund for the missing items.

- 4x 2pc Hot & Crispy @ ₹99 each

I've tried to contact the delivery team, but I haven't received a satisfactory response yet. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and process my refund as soon as possible.
