[Resolved]  KFC — Money deducted for a failed order and no refund in 25 days

Address:KFC, M3M Broadway , Sector-71 , Gurgaon

The date of the incident is 24th Aug 2022. When I entered sector-71, M3M broadway Gurgaon, I was directed to a KIOSK to order. I ordered and made a payment of Rs953 via Paytm UPI. The amount got deducted and my order was not given to me saying the order got failed and I have to pay again. I was assured the paid amount will be refunded in 10 days. I didn't pay again as I was afraid of failed order. I said to the manager that I will wait for a refund for the failed order. Since then I am following up with the KFC store and they are writing emails to the backend team but I am still running pillar to post to get me a refund. It has been 24 days and still, I have not got the refund.
Please help a troubled customer.
