KFC — Money deduction

I order KFC on August 16, 2022. While ordering KFC from App the payment got deducted from my bank account but i dont see any order details, so i contacted customer care and they said there was a technical issue. What the heck. So i ask them for refund and they say itll take 7 to 12 days. What the heck, deduction was just in a blink of an eye and refund is like gonna take forever. I got frustrated because the representative didnt even inform me that your refund will be processed during this days. I really don't know what will be the situation but i want my money back ASAP. I didn't even receive the text for refund process.
