I placed an order on 3rd August 2022 worth Rs501, through the KFC website. Payment was done via Paytm and after the amount was deducted from my account the order was not processed. Please look into it and issue the refund ASAP.

    I have ordered Wednesday Strip Bucket on 13th July cost Rs 403 from KFC app. The order was placed from Gurgaon Sector 10 KFC Resturant. They had not delivered the food and reason said for a long distance address. The staff person said the money will be refunded to you and asked me to share the payment and order details to his personal number and asked me to wait for 10 days. After 10 days not money was refunded and i contact KFC customer care and the staff person talked me and again asked me to share the same details to his personal number saying to wait for the next 10 to 12 days. Its 4th August but not money is refunded, I am a regular customer of KFC but this is a worst experience.

      I placed an order on 18th June 2022 at KFC Ashok Nagar, Chennai, Money was debited, but the order was not placed. I was told that the money would be refunded in 10 - 15 days. But it has been almost 40 days, but the amount has not got refunded.
      I contacted customer care multiple times, and they say that they would arrange a callback, but I got the call back only after calling them 5 or 6 times.
      They have provided the contact details of the store (Ashok Nagar, Chennai), but the contact person is not returning calls nor responding to any messages.
      KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I paid via upi mode here payment debited but order not placed.

              Last Saturday i visited to KFC raipur of magneto mall. I ordered wings and 2 leg piece and i noticed that taste was disgusting of leg piece and i was looking like they served me a chicken which were cooked day before... please take an action against owner and give me my refund.

                I purchased items worth 977 from KFC, The UPI malfunctioned and showed payment processing, and I paid in cash, I realised later that the UPI payment had gone thru, it's been 13 days and I have no refund, the support keeps saying we will help, I've received none

                  I ordered at 23rd July that amounted to 827 ruppes .. and suddenly it didn't go through however from my end amount was deducted and no service was paid from KFC. Then when I called KFC they told i would get the refund within 5 working days and now it has crossed that time limit and now whenever I try to contact KFC nobody answers it .. this is really not good why do I have to go through all this, it's my money and i should get it back.

                    I placed an order on KFC Official Website on 16th May, 2022 but while placing order the website stuck on order processing and amount of rupees 616.01 got deducted from my bank account. Then I contacted their customer support and they said refund will take 10 to 15 days. Now, it's going to be nearly 3 months but there is no sign of my refund. Please help me out.                       I am complaining about COB-HC

                      Today I visited KFC at valiyakulam, changanacherry. I ordered COB-HC (4 pieces bucket chicken) and other items. Subsequently they gave me the above said items. The pieces in the COB-HC was not properly cooked and it is difficult to eat. And the chicken pieces in the burger was over fried. And also they didn't provide sauces and tissue papers. Unfortinately it is my first bad experience in a KFC restaurant....

                        I ordered food on 28/7/2022 friday
                        They Didn't delivered my order and promise to refund the amount in 48hrs
                        But I didn't get my money back and the customer helpline doesn't responding
                        What shall I do now...very pathetic experience

                            I have ordered 2 Tandoori zinger meals at Hyderabad Airport & i paid Rs 970 to outlet through google pay & the amount is debited from my account. But at that time transaction was in processing & the person at ofc said you will get refund & he has also taken cash from us for the food.

                            Now when i see google pay transaction is succesfull, money received bu KFC.

                            I need the refund of my money.

                            This is very annoying that double payment has been received by KFC

                              I did a order through KFC application and selected UPI method for the payment and payed through Phonepe 263.99 Rupees amount is debited from my account but order is not placed.

                              and i have order two times, Both times order not placed but amount was debited form my account.

                              So, I need refund my amount 263.99+263.99= 527.98 Rupees for the same ASAP

                              I was received Rs.263.99 Rupees only form Yum Restaurant India. But, did not received balance amount Rs.263.99 Rupees from Sapphire Foods India Ltd. I have attached the screen shot in my previous mail.

                              Kindly help us to get the balance amount Rs.263.99 Rupees ASAP.

                                Hi I ordered food from KFC's official app and they didn't deliver to me and I have paid through UPI online. I ordered food on 1 July it's almost 1 month and still, I have not got any refund. I tried to contact KFC through Twitter no response, I visited the KFC store from where I ordered, and they said to contact KFC through support phone number. I contacted to KFC through phone they said no order was received. Either they are lying or they have deleted the receipt from their system. I have proof of my order id and bank statements as proof of payment. How could a company this big make a lot of trouble just to refund the amount which they couldn't deliver? For reference, I have attached the receipt of my order and my bank statements.
