This is Rajeev From Bangalore. I am reaching out to you regarding a serious issue that is happening from KFC.

Issue: Firstly, I am a Veg and i dont eat Non-Veg. Visiting KFC is far away from my thoughts. However, many stores are using my personal mobile Number to place orders and deliver orders there.

This is a FRAUD Case from KFC store. I keep on getting your the delivery notifications on daily basis which is about 20-25 messages daily which is irritating me to core.

THIS IS A SERIOUS OFFENCE and i need this to be rectified immediately without further delay.

I tried to reach out to them several times, but their call center number is pethetic and never gets connected to agents to takl to somebody.

    I ordered on 9th September later a call from KFC store that your order have some technical issue and we are canceling this place another order and cancel order will be refunded to your bank account. As it mention at the app refund takes 7-10 days I raise this issue by calling KFC on 21 September they again assure me it will be refunded soon but refund not done. Later I raise this issue on twitter again on 5th October, again after many follow refund not done. 2 days back re-tweet my month back tweet this time KFC not willing to address this concerns, its 664.1 rs refund but KFC sucks more then this time of mine, would like if any proper channels to penalize such incidents.

      Address: KFC, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092

      Food was brought by Mr. Ashish for delivery at 1120pm (2320 hrs), copy of the order enclosed for ready reference; Track Order at 2230 hrs showed delivery effected.

      Video self-explanatory.

      Store Manager, Mr. Sunil, said technical glitch and non-availability of delivery personnel. Had to call delivery boy, Mr. Ashish, from Nirman vihar, Delhi-110092, branch.

      Store incharge without resolving the issue, asked for delivery to be brought back.

      No delivery of food; Payment effected through KFC App while placing the order.

      Need resolution.

        I did a order through kfc app on oct 18 2022 and payed with paytm wallet method for the payment and 663 Rupees amount was debited from my account but order is not placed. I tried several times to connect with customer care service but no one was attenting my call
        I need refund ASAP.

            I have ordered a Chicken Zinger from Mogappair (Chennai) branch on 15th Nov'22 for lunch. Soon after I got the order, I felt it was overly thin and small. When I disassembled the burger and checked, it was very clear that they have kept Chicken Crisper's center instead of Zinger's chicken piece. I immediately called the outlet and placed my complaint, when I was shocking told that during Tuesdays and Thursdays the cut piece will be small and remaining days it will be normal. Which should not be the fact in such a big organisation's outlet after all the QC checks you have.

            Since it was not convincing I spoke to another senior women employee who admitted that they had gone for lunch and there was a new intern who packed the burger wrongly. They said they will not repeat this issue again (a vague excuse).

            So what about the loss which I have incurred now? I asked for replacement an they denied doing that, which is totally unfair. This need to taken seriously as it is equal to stealing people's money and cheating them. why should I suffer for their carelessness and laziness to cook Zinger center chicken piece as they ran out.

            KFC Annanagar and Koyembedu outlet is much more better and Mogappair branch is worst in service and being genuine.

            I need a solution for this issue!

              I placed an order on 13/11/22(sunday) i dint receive any order updates.so got to know from the support team that the my order was failed but the money was deducted. i placed order in thanjavur kfc. so i request a refund of my money. it has been a day still i haven't received a refund.

                I ordered 8 piece hot and crispy chicken from KFC which located at Nalgonda and it was delivered but the chicken was cold and no taste. Very disappointed. Please consider this and do needful.

                    So i had ordered a takeaway at a KFC outlet in Avadi, New Military road. This was while i was coming back from a short trip. It was overall negative experience at the Avadi branch. I had ordered 2 Box meals of which they only gave me one. Plus they had taken nearly 20 minutes to complete my order. I called KFC customer care to tell them about the whole ordeal for which they told that KFC Avadi branch manager would call me in about 10 minutes to discuss about the issue. It's been 2 hours and i still have got no calls or response. I'm planning to go to the branch directly to confront them for the nearly 300 rupees worth of items that I have not received. What do I do in this situation.?

                        This order was placed from zomato and the order no is [protected] I have order Wednesday special Chicken strip bucket and they sent me 4 piece of periperi strip that too pathetic taste and 5 piece of soggy chicken strip and the box should contain 12 pieces in total(5+4= 9) This is so disgusting would never expect anything like this from kfc.
                        If you can't deliver what the CUSTOMER needs kindly don't deliver or cancel the order and the order smell like ### and they've sent only two dips instead of four.

                            I order a box from the kfc app from my nearest store with the delivery option but i didnt recieve it for a long time so i tried calling them they told me we dont accept orders from the app but i sent them the order no and the transaction which i did as a proof they told they will refund my order but till now i didnt recieve my refund .The CUSTOMER CARE is ### and the kfc app is a trash doesnt work properly no tracking nothing fed up with it .

                              I have ordered food items at kFC today around 2.00 pm with the payment made and the bill generated saying it will be delivered by 2.45 pm our children were waiting since they did not take any lunch but it was not delivered even after four hours still it is not. When I tried contacting their contact number one executive updated that he will check and update the status . I wanted to stay online to get the status but that gentleman just cut the call . Then no call back from him. I have retired few more times but nobody picked my call . It is very bad experience which I need to record here. Even after the payment is made RS 1088.00 I was waiting still the food is not delivered need to take some action so that they should not repeat this to any other customers. Since it is more than five hours KFC to return the amount paid back to us. Thanks

                                        I have visited kfc on 3october 2022 at sapphire 3d mall ahmdabad and order the items for 615 rupees and had pay the money by the means of gpay in which the transaction was successful from my side but the store keeper told me that I have to pay the amount again because the didn't recieved the payment and told me that extra amount deducted will be refunded to me in next 72 hours but it didn't happened like that.
                                        I want my 615 rupees back which i have paid extra
