I placed Oreer around 6:50 using the KFC app. Money was deducted but received no response.So, I called both the outlets in Ranchi.They said they had no such order...

The person at the counter denied to take order but said he will only take order through swiggy and zomato
Had to order via swiggy as my kid wants from KFC
Very sad that I have to order via an external app when at a counter...

I have orderd today from KFC app. while on payment page I selected BHIM UPI to pay the amount but once the amount got deducted after that I did not get an any confirmation massage from kfc and I did not get my order also. They haven't mention anything about refund policy . This is really pathetic from the kfc . I want my refund ₹659.99/-

I ordered a popcorn chicken and fries for 281 imr but the kfc app page just crashed and said error I didn't get my food or my order confirmed, I request for a refund as soon as possible...

KFC Guwahati Airport..It has been 1 month now, KFC has failed to return my amount which was already deducted on[protected]. KFC POS machine has shown time out and the amount was deducted from my account. I have already asked them to refund. But till date no refund was received by me. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it. Otherwise I have to take legal action and may ask for penalty....

I ordered at 9:30 and i recived my half meal at 10:15 and they said sir you can start eating rest they are bringing when ready now till 11.00 o'clock they jus make me wait for ### 3 piece of legs piece and french fries, which was supposed to be served in a combo. And at last that leg piece they served was smelling ### rotten.
It's totally disappointing and ridiculous service, at this store this is worsed experience...

Recent i have visited the kfc in bathinda, punjab. i have seen that the chicken is black from inside and a major smell in that . so want to ask that please change the quality of chicken. before people will get sick...

We ordered KFC at 9.12 PM and there were no response after that from the carrier. We tried multiple times to reach both KFC customer service and delivery person, but no one was reachable. After two hours one guy from KFC store called and asked us “can we postpone your order to next day morning” such an irresponsible and idiotic service. I tried ordering KFC through the KFC app and made payment through paytm. The receipt no is ORDER# K130W76462 and the receipt shows completed, but I never received my order, neither did I get a notification about my order delivery.

I ordered on Tuesday 5th July 2022, for an amount of Rs. 790.01 through the KFC app and yet the order read that payment unsuccessful and however the amount was debited from my account. The order was not confirmed nor was the refund initiated....

I had placed an order via the KFC app on 4 July 2022 and paid an amount of 3323.03 via ICICI UPI. However, after the amount was deducted from my account, no order was placed via app displaying a failed order.

No refund was also received for the order.

I placed below mentioned order number yesterday i.e. on 3rd July 2022, but i have not received the same.
The manager called and confirmed that the order cannot be executed due to the absence of delivery person. But the refund has not been initiated yet.

I was trying to reach the respective KFC manager of Wagholi pune but i have not received any response.

I placed a Dine in order on 26th June at KFC Kumar Pacific Mall, Pune. I used Android application to place an order of one Big 8 bucket and regular Popcorn. I used DISC100 coupon and paid. My order was unsuccessful but money got deducted. Total amount deducted was 563.98. I contacted store manager about this. He told me that i will get a refund in 5-7 working days. I have not yet received the refund...
