KFC — No Delivery was given

#K752A19272 is my order number.
I gave my order at 4:10pm and was waiting for 40 mins. Then when I called the store, they are telling me that there is no delivery partner, and they can't deliver the order. My only option is to pick up from the store or cancel the order. The store is so negligent that they kept me waiting for this much time and now telling me this. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Now I am not getting my money back instantly and have to search other place for food in this odd time.
