[Resolved] KFC — No refund for order cancelled but payments deducted

Hello
I made an order of 825 rd on 24/4/2021 and it showed order failed.
I called up the customer care and they advised me to mail at kfc.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in and have sent the screenshots of the payment as well. They told me I would get a refund in 3 to 5 working days but till date I havent received any refund.
