Kashmiri Fake Chicken

Me and my friends visited KFC Srinagar. My friend got a terrible belly ache (name withheld due to conservative laws) and it has been 3 days, his faeces are as liquid as ‘tip tip barsa paani’. We all had terrible stomach too but it passed with the wind. Please take this complaint seriously....

Amount deducted on 22/01/2021 but order not placed

I had ordered from kfc site by paying in online mode. Though the amount of 818.99/- got deducted successfully, i did not grt a order confirmation.
i had immediately called the customer care, who provided me with not much help.
i would like to know the procedure to get my amount refunded....

Order cancelled and no refund

Hi, I placed an order on Kfc app twice. Both orders were cancelled however. Only one of the order was refunded. I've contacted kfc about a dozen times and they've been no help at all. Now they are not even responding to emails. Please help me get my money back. Thanks...

Kfc online delivery not working good

I made online delivery on 18/01/2021 twice one at around 7:15pm but didn't get order confirmation message but amount was debited .So again made repeated the same order around 8:30 pm but this time also didn't get the confirmation order...tried to contact customer care but ended in vain...only recieved that all executives were busy...its height of worst network...very poor in customer care response

Order is not placed even though money got deducted

I ordered in KFC application and it took to the payment I chose to pay through google pay and I paid the money...money also got deducted but then the application didn't show any order I tried contacting the customer support it had no response please initiate the refund as soon as possible I will share my transaction details...

My amount got deducted twice at the store

Hello,
I visited kfc nellore branch on 3rd January. While i was trying to pay the credit card machine showed the card is declined, so i payed using phone pey. But the amount got deducted twice from my account.
Already i contacted someone from the store on Thursday 7th of January. There is no update on the issue.
Kindly look into it. I attached the screenshots of messages debited from my card and credit card statement...

I have Ordered Food through KFC app, amount debited but order is not placed.

I have oder food on 14 Jan 2021 through KFC application by paying through UPI, or PhonePay, for 628/- Rs . however the amount got debited but order is not placed.

Kindly look into this. This is really disturbing....

Chicken Wings Sorrow Taste

I have ordered 2 Popcorn Rice bowls along with 8 wings. However, the wings were sorrow in taste. Usually, I ordered it from KFC Yeshwanthpur, however due to non availability I ordered it from NEW BEL Road KFC Store. Experience was worst since meal was worst in taste. I never expected this kind of taste from KFC Store. I am consuming weekly or biweekly, since more than a decade, I never expected this kind of taste and experience from KFC....

Payment successful, But order not placed

Made a payment for the bucket of Rs 550, and the transaction was successful through Gpay. But the order was not placed in their app and showed unsuccessful transaction. And the money was lost from my account....
