I had order in kfc via website on 05/02/2022 my order not placed but amout reduce from my account I had call number of time to customer care about it but there was no response from there side

Updated by Rushikrk till time we have not received any update/refund from KFC end,
kindly look in to the matter & solve it top priority.

Updated by Rushikrk I had a bad experience (05th Feb 2022) with my order through KFC APP. Payment to Sapphire Foods India Limited was successful for Rs 1308.01, however order was not placed. Tried contacting to customer Care 8 to 10 times but had a poor experience as they promised without any effect.
