I bought a water Bottle in KFC and they charged me 50 rs for the water bottle. I would like raise this complaint so that these exploitation will stop. Please take necessary action on them.

      I order food from kfc app my money get deducted from my upi and order didnt take place i call customer care they tell me toh submit refund screenshot after that they told me you will get refund in 7 working day but i didnt get refund till know its more than 2 week

          This is an incident from KFC, Patel Nagar West, New Delhi -110008, India. On 24th November, 2021, I'd made a payment via UPI, amounting to Rs. 550, which got stuck in KFC's account as their system had crashed. I then had to pay again via cash.
          They guaranteed me a refund in the next 1-2 weeks. When I again called them up for the refund after 17 days, they said that they had processed the refund 2-3 days before and also gave me the reference id. Till December end, this went on and I kept calling them to no avail & everytime I asked for my refund, they would ask me for my bank statement. I kept sending my bank statements till January end.
          In between they said that it's showing that I've received the refund, but I hadn't. I even contacted my bank enquiring about the same.
          In January end, they said that they've again initiated the refund and it will reach to me by 2nd February, 2022.
          It never reached me yet again and when I again tried contacting them, they've stopped receiving my calls now.
          Please look into this fraud committed openly by KFC & help me with this matter ASAP.

              I have tried to place an order in KFC app on 1st February 2022 at 7.28 pm. Payment of Rs. 719.10 was deducted from Axis bank credit card. But an error displayed in KFC app and order was not placed. I requested refund immediately by calling the KFC customer care. They informed it will be refunded. I contacted KFC customer care by email and twitter also. Payment screenshot is also shared. But the amount is not refunded still.
              I have attached the transaction details of the payment.

                  I have placed an order on KFC App on 29thsep 2021. So it was written no cash on delivery so I have paid using google pay. The money has been cut from my account and has been sent successfully but the order hasn't been placed. So I have called customer care and talked to them they said I will be getting a refund in 7-10 business days. It passed 12 business days but I didn't get my refund. So I have called again. They said the store in charge will be calling you. He has called and said he will get back to me. But he hasn't called me again. So I have called him but he didn't pick up. I have tried 2-3 times calling him but no response and I haven't received my money also, which I never expected from KFC.

                    The order was placed online on (29/01/22) and the amount of Rs. 1052.98 was deducted from my google pay account but the product was not delivered and the amount is also not refunded. I had also attached the payment receipt. Please see towards this issue and rectify.

                          I have purchased two popcorn medium in tirunelveli locality for 258 rupees as take away. I have given 500 rupees and he returned 240 rupees. Remaining 2 rupees, he said to me I will return while order given. But he didn't give that 2 rupees that time. And the popcorn chicken is not looks like a popcorn size. It is looks very big in size on of the pack. I was very disappointed while open that pack. My check no. 19221. I have eaten popcorn chicken Indiana and Zambia before. That tast and size is different. In this tirunelveli branch is very worst and different. That staff members are not responsible.

                                Hi I am Rodney Fernandes, vasai..mob [protected] passionate and loving fan of KFC all the time and always prefer KFC whenver possible bcus of the taste and hygiene. On 02.02.2022 i ordered KFC 8 pcs hot n crispy bucket and 2 zinger burger through zomato while on drive to thane from mob - [protected] Mr Abhiyash. We got the delivery on time outside viviana mall. After we reached our home in vasai my 8year old daughter miss Aria ate the burger and at half she felt something in her mouth and found a sharp steel object ( image attached below) and immediately brought it to my notice .on the first sight I felt it might be a staple pin while unboxing the parcel but when i actually saw the steel pin I was shocked to see a sharp steel object. Immediately I raised the issue on KFC online feedback and now I am totally worried that if anr other part is being swallowed by my 8th year old . We are very upset, sad and worried if anything goes wrong . KFC viviana mall, Thane contacted me and told me they are investigating. It's very disappointing and frustrating if the object would have been swallowed what would have been the consequences and also if anything is already swallowed by her.
                                I await your explanation on this incident on priority else this will be escalated to the consumer forum.

                                  I m manisha..i visited kfc on 2 jan 2022.i orderd a chicekn bucket of 452 amount.salesmen told me to do UPI .i did it. manager said our machine is not working.
                                  But payment deducted from my side.he told me that payment will be refunded to u within 7 to 15 days.after 15 days payment not recieved.i called him evry week to manager bt they give me same excuse.it already taken more then 1 mnth.resolve this asap.

Waited till 11:00pm although the delivery time was 08:30 to 09:00pm. I call repeatedly to the restaurant but not responded by any one. Very bad experience with the KFC Esplanade, bbsr. Please refund my money.

                                        After completing online payment via UPI when rechecked the site again the order was not placed and got no messages regarding refund.
                                        Also the account they request money from looked a bit suspicious. Contacted every possible place i could but no response.
