I have placed an order through KFC from Next Galleria, Musarambagh. I haven't received a bill with my order. I've been contacting you guys since 4 days now. Amd there is no resolution from your side. I need a copy of the tax invoice and it's urgent. Please look into the issue ASAP....

It's more than an 24hrs already.. But i haven't received my refunds and i also contact the kfc store nearby but they said you will receive refund in 24 hrs...

On 4th December I made an order in kfc app at KFC - MADURAI ( anna nagar branch), but it wasn't updated in app, then i called customer support they didnt pick up my phone till evening, then at 9th call an executive attended my call and asked my querry i explained him and then he told i will get a call back but i didnt get any call back for 2 days so i again repeated this process for one week no one is picking up my call, i need my refund...

It's really disappointing when a brand like KFC receives such negative comments from the customers.
this happened in gaur city mall in greater Noida on Sunday 12th December 2021.
I ordered two tandoori zinger box and waited for my turn.
to my surprise I find the buns used for the burger to be stale. it wasn't as it should have been. I would have complaint about this but the very next thing that happened was really unacceptable.br...

We ordered some food and they told they'll deliver in 40 mins... We waited more than 1 hour and they were not even bothered about that and again 30 mins later.. We got the item and was frickin cold..
When we tried to tell them this they were talking in such a bad way. Why the heck do these kind of shops keeps this kind of ### as a staff...
KFC is a branded company though...

The order was not D delivered to me, but in KFC APP it’s showing as order delivered. I called the outlet, but no proper response regarding the issue....

The outlet in Bandra Linking road refused to serve a drink refill on a meal...

I made a payment of 1056.97 on Nov 18, 2021 for my purchase from KFC app, and the money got debited to
'UPI/DR/[protected]/Sapphire/PYTM/PAYTM-1479/Oid66'.
But this got rejected.

I called the CUSTOMER care and he insisted me to pay again and said I will be credited in 48hours. So I did pay again.

This feedback to Rajalakshmi who handled my brother @ KFC TN Trichy HS. My brother went to shop to order food but the girl who receive order behaved harsh and not handled politely. My brother not aware of English language but after he said speak in local language she behaved with English language. Delivery section person also not did in right way. Kindly suggest us weather English must to known to buy in ur shop????

No mayo or cheese on my burger it was just a chicken piece and bun... same and just a patty nothing at all... patty and bun only... nothing no taste at all... horrible... very soft chicken .. very bad...

On 21st of november 2021 i made a payment for order online with kfc, i made the payment through paytm . The payment was deducted from my bank and the order was not confirmed . I have ordered food items in KFC app via Guest login and made a payment(Rs.1128.03/-) to KFC through Phonepe UPI...In Phonepe transaction was successfully completed but coming to KFC app transaction declined due to technical error. Now the thing is amount got debited from my account & successfully credited to merchant's account successfully under UTR[protected]...Could you please check & get my amount back....

I ordered Large popcorn and Classic Chicken Zingers and a Dip from KFC, Sec 8 Chandigarh. Instead of Large POPCORN, I received a box full of shredded cornflour. In my burger, there we no sauce, no mayonnaise, it was a plain chicken piece and some vegetables shredded on top of it.

I will never visit this branch again and want KFC to take action against them. The prices of KFC are high and we pay it because of the tasty food...
