KFC — Poor Food Service in Dining.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delay I experienced today at your outlet. I placed my order but did not receive my food even after waiting for more than 22 minutes. This delay caused significant inconvenience, especially considering KFC’s usual standard of quick service.

I request that you kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such delays do not happen again. I would also appreciate it if you could provide an explanation or compensation for the inconvenience caused.
