[Resolved] KFC — Refund not credited

KFC Brigade road,shanthala nagar,Ashok nagar bangalore

I did a order through kfc app on 5th nov 2022 and selected debit/credit card method for the payment and payed through credit card 730 Rupees amount is debited from my account but order is not placed.
I need refund for the same ASAP.

I made a payment of 516 rs the scanner had the timer within 1 min the payment should be done .but 1 min was completed but i transacted money .the money is transacted from account.but again the payment is done they said after 24 hours it will be refunded.its been 4 days it didn't refunded
