On 12/03/22 me along with my family came to KFC Selex East Mall, East Fort, Pallikkulam, Thrissur, Kerala at 8.20 PM. I have ordered a Classic Chicken Biriyani, 2 Chicken Burgers, Regular Fries and a Coke. The bill was 695. I gave the staff a 2000 rupee note immediately he was arguing with me telling we don't allow you to pay in cash and you can cancel your order, he told me if you pay in cash he will not give me balance. He was totally insulting me and my family. Because of his arrogant attitude & way of approach I have to move out cancelling my order. I am attaching the photo of this staff to identify him easily. This staff gave exact change to all others who were in the queue when they gave 500 & 2000 notes so this shows his partiality towards me. I request the KFC management to make a thorough investigation regarding the incident happened by taking CCTV footages and other available modes as per your convenience. I request the management to take proper disciplinary action against the staff.
