It started with having a car ordering a big order and worker sounded frustrated/annoyed with order. Car moves up and I wait another 5 minutes at order window (which is fine since the previous order was big, completely understand). Proceed with my order, regular number 11 ( the 5 piece) and MTN dew to drink. Get up to counter and states card only. There were no signs anywhere and never let me know at the order window. Told her I didn't have a card and proceeded to find exact change. She would then vent to coworkers about the previous order while having an attitude ( which I do understand, I manage a Jets pizza and know how rude/awful/annoying people are). Finally received food, got home and saw o received a 3 piece instead of 5 piece. Worker never gave me reciept ( l thought I saw her put into the bag, I guess it was just napkins). Called the store about what happened asking for either compensation for the difference in price or get a credit under phone number. They declined and said I needed receipt. Bad experience over all and will not be returning to KFC/that establishment again.
