I never ordered from KFC and also I am in other state but my mobile number is continiously used for taking order at KFC Pattom. continiously my mobile is ringing with message notification and it is disturbing in my work. Thankyou, ordernumber and please visit again message keeps coming endlessly.

    Hi,
    On 8th March, 2022, approximately at 13:00 to 13:30, I have paid 484/- to KFC through PAYTM.But my order was not placed.

    I have called to [protected], lodged complaint regarding the same.I was told that I will receive refund in 4 working days and will be getting call in 15min for the same, but I didn't.

    Today i.e. on 9th March, 2022 when I called again, I was told that there is no complaint lodged.I wonder how irresponsible you are towards your customers.

    I'm from Hyderabad.My nearest stores are L.B.Nagar and Kothapet.

    PFA of the payment.

    Im not satisfied with your service in perspectives of App, customer service.

    I request you to refund my money as soon as possible along with the compensation of my calling balance of 50/-(long waiting time to talk with your executive ), energy, time.

    As a regular customer of your company, I will delete all KFC accounts in my family, if I'm not satisfied with your response.

    In addition to that, I request you make changes in APP, as its taking 1hour to place an order.

      This has happened to come second time. That I am not getting proper treatment at KFC. Employees don’t explain the menu also properly and also they are rude. Sometimes they say we don’t have this item and they have a big banner of it outside. They think people are stupid. I have decided today that we will go to the other alternates for friend chicken here after. They don’t treat Indian customer properly. What if this had happened in other countries? People will sue you guys

          I have paid for the order via phonepe at kfc. Money was deducted from my bank account but transaction status at the kfc was shown as response timed out. When i contacted the manager, i was told that money will be refunded in 2-3 days, Its almost 2 weeks now, but the money is not yet refunded.

            Stale Chicken Zinger Burger

            I ordered 2 chicken zinger burgers (from Outlet: KFC bungalow road, Delhi-110007, India) on 4th March 2022 for me and my friend. With the very first bite, the chicken tasted stale. It tasted so bad and stale that we couldn’t even finish eating it. Within 2-3 hours of consuming the burger, both o[censored]s got severe indigestion, loose motion, vomiting and abdominal cramps. This happened because of the chicken, which was definitely not fresh!...

            Order number :[protected], March 5 2022, IST time 22:12. Ordered by Swiggy. The preparation and delivery time was listed and the preparation time took thrice the time. The response was sooo poor from your restaurant. Why do you list your Brand name in Swiggy when you can’t manage it ? Poor in all Management response and worst attitude that you guys never update from complaints. Disappointed and Annoyed with your worst service. Just remove your Franchise for the said address when they are not capable. This is not the first time. It happened so many times that I wanted to complain.

            Take action with the courtesy to get a trust in your service and use of the complaint box.

                  I ahd been to KFC on March 4th 8.30pm
                  Which is located in Cunningham road
                  So I order the food and with that I also ordered choco mud pie but I have not received the choco mud pie
                  I had dining over there only
                  I also don't have bill now but I clearly remember that I paid 766rs totally and I have the receipt that I paid for

                    I had made 2 payments of Rs 688.99 from my paytm account to KFC yesterday I.e.3 March 2022 but unfortunately the food was not delivered. I even received a confirmation message that the amounts were deducted and paid to kfc. I called up KFC park street to know whether they had received my order, but they could not find any details. I shared screenshots of messages received wherein it was mentioned that amounts paid to kfc. I even shared screenshots of the paytm page. No one knows which outlet received the order. I have not received any communication on the refund. Can someone please help??Rs 1377.98 is a huge amount of money to just ignore. Please let me know how do I share screenshots of payments made

                      Had a bad experience yesterday (3rd Mar 2022) with my order through KFC APP. Payment to Sapphire Foods India Limited was successful for Rs 434, however order was not placed. Tried contacting to customer Care 8 to 10 times but had a poor experience as they promised without any effect.

                        This is in regard to an order placed in store at one of the KFC outlets. The non availability of one of the items on menu ( Wednesday Buckets) was a cause for concern as the same was available through other partner delivery systems like Swiggy and Zomato from the same vendor. Moreover it was also available through the KFC online site.
                        For the same amount I had to purchase a combo with things I did not need, nor received the products worth that price, wherein I knew for a fact that Wednesday bucket was available across all outlets and in that outlet as well.
                        On raising the same concern in store the Manager in charge was unwilling to help. And a call placed to the KFC Customer care was also futile as our concerns were neither heard nor resolved by their team.

                          I wanted to complaint about the pathetic quality of chicken (stale) in the chicken burger that i got served in KFC in mini bypass branch Nellore. I had many KFC experiences in several metropolitan cities. But Nellore branch was way too poor. Honestly I didn’t expect this from such a reputed branch. Hope you will take this matter into consideration.

                            I placed an order and paid for it on 25th february 2022 in the amount of Rs.484 at 23:00. I received a call from an employee at kfc, dwarka sector-12 saying they wouldn't be able to deliver the order and that they'd refund the amount in a few days. He asked me to send the order details on whatsapp. however, I didn't receive any refund message from kfc but a message asking for order feedback. I tried contacting the employee but didn't get much help. the order number is N5304D[protected]. I would like a refund for the order.

                              Dear sir,

                              I heard KFC is the no.1 company in the world. But worst experience faced yesterday with delivery. Actually what happened that I placed order yesterday night (02/03/22) at 12:30am. And I got the msg from your end that is your order is on the way and it will arrive 2:45am. So I waited till 3:00 am but order not delivered. And in the morning 9:10 I got one more msg that is asking feedback. Even I didn't received food how can I give feedback. And one of your staff called me he said that your order placed just now when can I send your order sir. I replied to him I will come to your store So I went to your outlet and asked about my order. He said that there was technical issue that why your order was delayed. I[censored] have any issue that is your problem I waited till 3:00 with hungry. For your problem only we waited and burn my stomach. Even swiggy is better than you. What ever it may be my amount was debited from my account I need my money back other wise I will raise complaint in consumer court.

                                    I was trying to place an order, to pick. While completing the order I made a payment from GPay. My amount was deducted, but no order was placed. I called to customer care immediately. They gave me this mail address and asked me mail the details "KFC.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in" . I emailed them the same day with all the details. This happened on 27 of Feb 2022. Till date and time their is no response on my mail. I tried calling customer care multiple time, every time I get a different answer. I even tired to call store manager on 2nd March 2022, he said as he is busy right now he will give me a call in couple of hours, but no call received. There is no proper response from KFC team. As a Customer I am so frustrated. I would kindly request to get money refunded to my account 1191/- Rs.

                                      Hi,

                                      Yesterday i have booked couple of items from KFC app using credit card payment method, said it will be delivered in some timw. But it was NEVER delivered.

                                      I tried calling the corresponding KFC, there was no response. Even i tried raising a complaint but of no use.

                                      Can i get my money back.
