This is to inform you that i have placed an order of 5 khadi silk mask on 9th july 2020 for which i have done a payment of 500rs also, but still order not delivered yet.
In instruction its mention that order would be dispatch in 5 working days but it's already so long and whenever I am tracking my order it shows that "your order is complete, getting ready for shipment".
I am continuously calling on a given number([protected]) but nobody is picking up my call.
Please let me know that when I will get my order or return my money. I wil buy from somewhere else.

I have booked online mask on 10.07.20 or worth rs.500. The status of mask is showing shipped but yet not delivery at given address. The order of my booked mask through online on kvic site is 10971.
Please look in to the matter and do needful.

On sunday (15-sept-2019), i visited madras sarvodaya sangh khadi vastralayam around 6:30 pm. I purchased ganesha musical set. Bill amount is 440 rupees.

I also visited kadhi, gopalapuram branch to see exhibition cum sale. Musical ganesha set is 405 rupees only.
Why same set is billed rupees 440 but less in another branch of khadi?
This may be small amount but not right. May be im one among the million customers billed more.
I regret visiting mylapore branch khadi and buying a set with higher price.

Abhi agar main lone cancle bhi karti hu to mujhe lone cancellation fees 6875 rs paid karna padega tabhi mujhe mera 31500 rs ka amount 48 hours main mere account main ayega .lone amount transfer bhi nahi kar rahe hai aur jo maine diya hai wo bhi nahi.

Today I bought a kurti from Khadi Gramudyog when I thoroughly checked at home I found that kurti is tear from many parts not even this there is a patch from kurti is adjusted. It means when it was already tore kurti and a patch is attached to adjust that tire part then how Khadi could sale such Kurtis in fresh material even this should not be sell on sale portion. Pictures are attached that how they did smartness to sell defective goods to customers...
Shameless.. Khadi is such a big name and they are selling such a defective pieces...

I ordered khadi's rose water for the second time but when i opened the seal and used it i could see particles floating inside water and it smells foul too. I have ordered the product from amazon but they have a no return policy for such items but i need aa refund or an exchange as it will be a total waste of money for me. Considering the fact that it belongs to khadi, i need a response from khadi as their product is at fault.
I need an exchange for this item from khadi. Please let me know how do i proceed with the same.

The staff members on the 1 floor of khadi in cp, new delhi are reluctant to show any clothing material be out kurtis or sarees. The lady staff selling plazos and kurtis is very rude and doesn't even like is opening folds of the kurtis to check. What kind of conduct is this. Though i have mentioned that lady specifically others on the floor were no better, but this one last was the worst. She discouraged us from going through stuff and was not even civil about it. Please try and hire people who are willing to work. Staff members on other flores are bound though.

Please find herewith the invoice no.2457003/223412 dated 17/02/2019. I purchased the clothes from khadi gramodyog bhavan 24, regal building connaught circus, new delhi-1, there was a board displayed the discount for 25% off for clearing stock.
But the cashier didn't gave me the 20% discount as other branches given to the customers.
Neither they give me 20% nor 25% clearing stock discount.
You are requested hereby to please lookout the matter and avail me the discount as per rool. I paid rs.5, 000/- from my debit card and rs.2, 620/- in cash.

The company sells its products as natural products but when i buy its aloevera gel, it has fragrance while the natural gel does not have fragrance. When i read more about the gel i got to know that natural gel is transparent not green in colour while their product is green. Moreover when i read its ingredients it has only 10g of aloevera gel in per kg.

मेरी बेटी ने मुझे मेरी शादी की सालगिरह पर एक सफेद कुर्ता उपहार दिया जो कि त्रुटि युक्त था(बि.न.5/599/ 12737) जिसे वह बदलकर लायी वह उससे भी अधिक त्रुटि युक्त था (35090 बुक न.702 दिनांक 8/5/19) जो कि अभी आई नहीं है। जिसे बदलने मैं स्वयं दि. 9/5/18 को गया तो अधिकारिक अधिकारी/कर्मचारी ने कुर्ता बदलने से मना कर दिया तो मैं गुस्से में कुर्ता वहीं छोड़ आया क्यों कि वह मेरे पहनने लायक नहीं था। परन्तु जब उस अधिकारी/कर्मचारी ने वह कुर्ता वहीं रख लिया तब मुझे ऐसा लगा जैसे यह इनका रोज का काम है या कहें कपड़े की कटाई से लेकर सिलाई तक की मिलीभगत है क्योंकि जैसी कपड़े की कटाई होगी वैसी ही सिलाई होगी। कई ग्राहक इसी तरह खरीदे हुए वस्त्र गुस्से में वहीं छोड़ आते होंगे। क्योंकि मेरी तरह वे वस्त्र भी उनके पहनने के लायक नहीं होंगे। यह भी एक तरह का भ्रष्टाचार ही है।

I bought khadi shikakai hair oil from khadi bhavan store. Later when i searched online and on khadi india's website, i did not get any matching product. Also the product which i got from store does not seem to be a original one from it's packing and also it does not have any barcode on it. I am already facing problem of hair fall thus only i bought this hair oil as the sales man told that it hair root strengthening oil and good to control hair fall. But i have doubt on it's quality itself. @kvicindia i request you to please reply back if you have any clarifications from your side.

I had purchaseed two khadi kurtas for appx rs 1600 from their cannught place in july/aug 2017. I had taken them abroad with me. To my surprise withing two three washings one of the kurtas got pilling all over and the second one faded in colour completely. It seems that they were not of pure cotton as claimed because no pilling comes and also the colour fading does not take place. I contacted the manager in cannught place. He not only refused to look into the defective shirts and find the cause but he was very hostile. Will the higher authorities look into the serious defects like selling something else in the name of khadi. Thank you

When i was open the products it contains less quantity (Only 2ml approx.) instead of actual qty (10ml).

So kindly replace the products (In 2 qty) as soon as possible.

Bansiwala swadila churan was not arranged for me after my several visits to your railway road kurukshetra office. They taking no interest for customer service. Previously it was available with this branch. B. L. Garg manager retd mob [protected]. Pl take strict action. Person employed in this branch sitting idle all of the day. They should attend customer properly. To upgrade the institution. They are being paid for this

I always use Khadi products n recommend many of my friends also. I am happy with the products but recently I purchased Khadi Aloevera face wash. It is sad to say that I am not happy with the product as it has caused rashes and irritation my face. There is itching accompanied by redness. The product is defective n I want to get it replaced. I want another face wash in exchange. Khadi is a reputated brand and I expect u to see into this matter at the earliest. Thankyou

I recently purchased Honey from Khadi Bhandar at Central Bee Research And Training Institute at Pune. I bought 2 small packets of two brands to see which works.

While one of them is okay, the other bottle - Morena Honey was found to be adultrated. the honey tastes strongly like jaggery and solidifies like liquid glucose even when i put it in milk at room temperature.

In my life i have never seen this happen with hoey. Not dissolving and sticking to spoon the way honey does is very dfferent from sticking to the spoon as if it is a caramalised sugar syrup.

I am extremely disappointed that there is no quality control by Khadi Gram on their products and the irony of it all is that this happened when I bought honey from the Central Bee Research And Training Institute.

I demand an action be taken against this and a refund of the moeny I spent on the honey.

I, mrs. Payel dey das, bought two (2) nos. Kalamkari shirts, one (1) no. Punjabi, and one (1) no. Kalamkari kurti (L size) from khadi gramodyog bhavan, chittaranjan avenue, kolkata on 09.01.2016.

Kalamkari kurti (L size) is not as per my requirement and hence decided to change. Changed the l- size kurti and brought xl size on 12.01.2016. In this context, please note that they have only few collections of kurtis and no higher size was also available. Hence we have to take xl as there were no other alternative options. But, after returning home, it was found that l & xl are almost same in size and the new one is also not as per my requirement.

As i am an employee (B tech engineer) of a private company, due to busy work schedule, it was not possible for me to go to the shop within 3 days for changing the kurti (Xl size).

I went to change the kurti on 18.01.2016 and requested them to change the same as the size is not as per my requirement and i will take a shirt or punjabi instead of that kurti as they don’t have the higher size of kurti.

But their reaction (Specially the woman for counter sale) was horrible and it seems that they rather she don’t know how to behave with a customer. They started to blame me vigorously that why i have appeared there for changing an item for the second time. The most surprising thing is that it is nowhere mentioned in the bill that one particular item should not be changed twice.

My question is

1. How i could know that they do not change an item after changing one time.
2. L & xl size of their kurti are almost same.

The situation became so insolence to me that i returned the kurti at shop without claiming any refund money or any other product instead of that kurti. The price of the kurti is rs. 391/- after discount.

I realized that my fault is to buy some garments from khadi gramodyog bhavan, chittaranjan avenue, kolkata and i promised that never in my life, i will buy anything from that shop and advise everybody not to purchase anything from khadi gramodyog bhavan, chittaranjan avenue, kolkata.
