Bad 😕 It seems that Khadi Gramodyog Bhavan has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.

herewith i attach the bill copy putting a name as khadi bhavan , because so many people are going this shop to purchase items & i asked the customer care for Khadi cell no [protected] he said there is no branch in padi , but he spoil the govt khadi

I have some gift cards worth Rs.10000 that have expired. I understand that it is a fault on my side and I should have used them in the stipulated time period. But could you please help me regarding this?
