On 16th May 2026, I purchased a Eureka Fobres Water purifier Model Aquaguard Enrich Superio RO+UV+SS 2X. Unfortunately, that product found leakage from tank, while checked by Eureka Fobres experts. Technicians said that complaint has been raised and it will replace with 10 days. After 3 days, when i call to store and know about the status i found there is no complain raised and Khosla Electronics staff said he will raise a complaint it will be solved with in 2 days or else i changed from their side. After 2 days Khosla staff said me again I didn't get approve to replace from their side. Don't worry it will replaced by Eureka Fobres I raised complain and it will rolled over for 20 days. When i tried to know why this problem continued so asked for complaint no. and called Eureka Fobres, customer care of Eureka Fobres said there is no complaint on that no. CM[protected]. After that I raised a complaint no. CM[protected], and this complaint was closed from backend team with note problem has been solved. i also raised a more 2 times complaint, which are closed with the same note from backend team. I again raise a complaint no.CM[protected], after all 1 month of completing to purchased, problem is not solved or replaced by store and as well as Eureka Fobres. When ever I called store said it will handled by eureka fobres and eureka fobres said it will take time of 10-15 days. Was this information helpful? |
