Khosla Electronics — received damaged product | |||
I buyed a panasonic 32inch led tv from khosla electonics in baguihati. Nxt day i recvd the tv then the companys staff came my home to install. When they open the box the saw it was damaged. They told me to contact in showroom. I called them and visit several times in the showroom, they only give excuse that u will recv by tomorrrw etc etc. Bt it was almost 1 week. Worst service. Bought a LG TV from khosla beck bagan which was broken over delivery and most surprisingly the replaced product also turned out to be broken. The store manager Mr.Rajesh is also very non cooperative.
