Dear Sir/Madam,
I personally visited your Chinsurah, W.B. showroom and met with your salesman Mr. Achintya Dey for purchasing new AC. During discussion, Mr. Dey offered Rs. 34, 000/- for new AC. Additionally, Mr. Dey confirmed me that I will get Rs. 3, 500/- for returning of my old AC. Both the offers were accepted by us mutually.
Today, I transferred the full amount of Rs.34, 000/- instead of lesser amount by oRs. 3, 500/- (for bye back option). During conversation it was confirmed by Mr. Achintya Dey that now the amount of Rs. 3, 500/- can not be refunded to me. Subsequently, I declined to purchase the AC and asked for the refund and then also he has confirmed that the amount of Rs. 34, 000/- is not refundable.
Being a regular customer, is this the way to deal with the customer or the policy of Khosla Electronics to make unhappy their customer.
