Invoice no. 09124/1920/04699 dated[protected] Branch - selimpur showroom Purchase of samsung fridge - model rt34r5538nv Received call from the delivery section stating the fridge will get delivered after 2 pm and the caller emphasised that do take care of the boys delivering the fridge. Three men came. My flat is on the second floor and there is no lift. After delivering the fridge they asked for the tip. Initial amount offered was rs. 100. They started arguing. The sum was increased to rs. 200. No satisfaction. Statement made that they prefer carrying fridge by lift and in the absence of lift at least rs. 100 per head has to be given. Is this the policy of khosla electronics that the customer has to pay for the services rendered by the delivery boys. If that be the case then should it not be made clear to the customer at the time of purchasing. Tomorrow all the people involved in the chain for selling the product would start asking for tips for the services rendered starting from the salesman, the billing counter staff and finally the manager of the branch.
