Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — Gift with a Product which I bought

Recently I bought a deep freezer of HAIER company from Khosla Electronics, Amtala Branch, South 24 Parganas, 743513, WB, India. They assured a gift with my order. But it's been more than 1 month since my purchase but I still not get my Gift. I even visited the store twice within this period but every time they said the gift isn't in stock right now but will come soon. It's a kind of harassment to the consumer.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
