Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — Non delivery at proper time by delivery person without high boksis/extra money and including rough behaviour of salesman after purchase. | |||
I Purchased one Samsung TV model No 32T4550 on 10/10/2020 at 3.00PM from Barrackpore centre but bill produced on 11/10/20 by shop (cleverly for non payment of bakshis) . TV not delivered on 10/10/20 due to disagree to pay bokshis/ extra money to delivery boy and that was ordered given by one salesman/ employee called Mithun Dosad. Ultimately TV delivered on 12/10/20 and demanded a high value bakshis otherwise will not be delivered your goods . Finally delivered after some bergaining. Today I meet Mithun at 8.00 PM and requested for set up the TV but his behaviour was rough and tough why I was disagree to pay bakshis on 10/10/20 for that this result. I don't know when TV will be sat up at my house. And also warned me your gift already adjusted with TV cost and not delivered gift to you in future. I purchased first tme from you .This is the my first rough & tough experience with you for that I never say to anybody including me to buy anything from Khosla . Please take up the matter.
