Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — poor service

This is to bring to your notice...
We had purchased a micro oven on 13/08/2018 and was informed by the service partner mr. Soumyajit sharma that our product will be delivered the next day which did not happen, on 16/08/2018 we tried to enquire again with repeated calls but no one would pick up, on picking up the receiving end said "sale choleche ami ki korbo bolon!"
We called again on 17th, on 18th multiple calls were made, on answering the calling the my service partner himself did not know whether the product is delivered or not.
It's been one week with no sense so effort from your end to deliver the product.
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the after service you all provide, nobody is bothered.
I will never again purchase from khosla
