Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — samsung refrigerator dented door not replaced by khosla uttarpara even after 5 days of purchase

I bought a samsung fridge from Khosla Electronics Uttarpara on 15/10/2019 (details given on attached invoice). On delivery I seen 2 big dent on door. On complain they advised to use the fridge and dented deer would be replaced soon. But we need to replace the fridge with damaged door by a fresh one. Till date they neither replace the fridge or door
