This is to inform that my family had purchased an samsung 2 ton split ac from one of your branches at behala. The ac initially was working then suddenly it stopped so we called the service center. After making several calls service center representetives visited and somehow got the ac working again and asked to keep the temp. At 24 and use it in a single user mode. For 2 weeks it was fine and now again it not working at all. Have been calling to service center but they are not able to identify the issue and now we are facing the problems. We bought the ac on 3rd march on emi and installed on 5th march. Ac was purchased on emi in the name of swarnadeep kaur grewal Invoice no. K2124/1718/14150 Was this information helpful? | |||
