Hi,
During an online booking, due to connection issue the credit card company deducted the money yet I didnt receive any confirmation page nor message from KK Travels. I called and requested KK Travels to revert the transaction.
This started an ordeal.
It has been almost 4 weeks... I have already called them 11 times, 7 emails have been written. Yet the issue is unresolved from their end. All the details requested by them were shared by me long back. The credit card company cant revert the transaction as the booking charge has been levied by them for a cab service I never used.
