I have travelled from pune to mumbai on 28th by private cab-mh12 kn-1456. Need to share my feedback.
Vehicle was not at all comfortable. Whole vehicle was vibrating continuously due to which i got body ace badly. When i made a complaint to the driver he was giving me an excuse that vehicle doesn’t loaded by passenger so its vibrating as if i haven’t travelled alone in big vehicle. Such type of vehicle might have caused casualty.
Request you to take care of my complaint and refrain sending such vehicles. We need to my our journey happy and not with pain. Was this information helpful? |
