Kk Travels — Unprofessional Behaviour | |||
I travelled from Pune to Mumbai airport on KK Travels charter cab on 15 February 2017 (PNR No. [protected]CH11). I had booked a Toyota Etios nearly three days before the date of departure and they sent an old vehicle despite assuring that they would send Toyota Etios. When I called their office to complain they provided no logical explanation. If the specified vehicle was not available then the least they could have done was to give me a call and informed me about it - they did not. I requested to speak with the Director and they refused to connect or provide me with his number. Moreover, the air-conditioner of the car stopped working mid-way and the rest of the journey was most uncomfortable as we were travelling in the afternoon. I am thoroughly disappointed with their attitude towards the customer and wonder how they can call themselves an ISO[protected] company. I need a refund from them for not sending the vehicle promised and for the breakdown of the air-conditioner resulting in discomfort for the passenger. Was this information helpful? | |||
