Kodak — Deficiency in service and unfair trade practice

I have purchased Kodak LED TV on 12.07.2020 from Amazon, which came along with 1-yr warranty. On 27.05.2021, I lodged a complaint of dust visible on LED panel to consumer care of Kodak. After several follow ups for each stage right from Engineer visit to establish defect at our home, to pick up of LED TV from our location, repair and finally delivering of TV back has taken almost 2 months of time. The TV was sent back to us on 22nd July 2021, which was not working once installed by Kodak Delivery person. Till Today i.e. 04/08/2021 nor fully functional TV has been provided to us.
Course of Events:
27.05.2021- Complaint lodged via email

19.06.2021- Engineer site visit, where he confirmed that there is dust in panel and it needs to be picked up to repair at Okhla service center

08.07.2021- LED picked up from our location with a commitment to be repaired and sent back in 7 working days

22.07.2021- LED sent back along with driver and delivery man that too not working.

In between these 4 dates as mentioned above, there have been several calls to customer care regarding the progress of complaint as registered with them.

Since Kodak kept their other 2 TVs at our premises as security mentioning that by next day 23.07.2021, they will provide a fully functional TV. While the TV delivered to us on 23.07.2021 is also defective.
Since 23.07.2021, we have been requesting them to send their Technician/Engineer to confirm the fault visible and provide our repaired TV back. Rather, Kodak consumer care is threatening and harassing us to file a legal suite. We have lost the trust completely in them.

Now, we want our full money refunded. They can take all their 4 TVs (2-security TV which they left at our premises, 1- new panel but defective, 1- our original non-working TV), as the articles are consuming space in our house unnecessarily.
There are many other customer who have raised complaints in different forums for same Kodak TV and thus there consumer care of lack in service and unfair trade practice.
