***FRAUD KODAK - DO NOT GO FOR KODAK PRODUCT. REMOTE OF MY NEW KODAK ANDROID LED TV WHICH I BOUGHT JUST 2 MONTHS BACK STOPPED WORKING SUDDENLY. TRIED CALLING KODAK CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES AND AS PER THEIR INFO I SENT ALL REQUESTED DETAILS TO CONSUMER CARE MAIL ID AND REMOTE CONTROL DEPARTMENT THREE DAYS BACK BUT NOT EVEN A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM ANY ONE YET.
CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT READY TO PROVIDE ESCALATION CONTACT NUMBER ALSO. I SEARCHED IN GOOGLE FOR ANY ESCALATION MAIL IDS AND HAVE INCLUDED ALMOST 20+CONTACTS in MAIL BUT NO RESPONSE FROM ANY ONE.
EVENTHOUGH TV IS NEW WE ARE NOT ABLE TO USE ITBECAUSE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY..

BELOW ARE THE DETAILS I ALREADY COMMUNICATED TO THIS STUPID COMPANY MAIL IDS WHICH I GOT FROM CUST CARE:

***I have purchased below mentioned Kodak Smart TV on July 29th 2020) and remote of this TV is suddenly stopped working since 27th Nov 2020 and need your urgent attention.

I just wanted to update that my issue is resolved now.

I really Appreciate the response and resolution which I got from Kodak escalation manager by name Mona.
