Kodak — Kodak 55 Smart Led 4K Tv

I booked 55” led smart tv thru flipcart on 21st sep 2020 got delivered on 29th sep and 30th it was installed. Found problem in panel and had requested for replaced and got the new led tv on 10th october. So far no one came for installation and noone called up. I have been pushing flipcart but they asked me to contact kodak directly and kodak toll free is not working. Kindly help me to sort out this problem. Unnecessary they are harrasing people.
