Kodak — Kodak remote not working after three months | |||||
Purchased a kodak tv on june2020, suddenly tv remote not working properly and after some days it's got off only, although i raised a complaint and sent with videos proof to [protected]@kodaktv.in. But no proper response from the kodak customer care. Stil also not attending the problem after 10days, i have 3 year protection plan also. Very poor response to customer and i promised henceforth i do not purchase any kodak branded any products. Kodak customer care persons treating customer s very casual manner.. Too bad experience with kodak servicing team nd also products. I request other to don't go for kodak, kindly go for other brands i means lg./sumsung./onida/ etc. Kodak team over all cheating the customers 👍 Was this information helpful? | |||||
