Kolkata Foreign Ems — consignment from dubai is got stuck at kolkata foreign ems

I have sent a below 2 kg consignment gift box to kolkata on 23/04/2018 from duba. The consignment is left dubai soon, but when reached kolkata customs its held up for no reason.
Status says that
"retention reason : awaiting presentation to customs commissioner"

Last 3days... Same status. Please help me to release as fast as possible.
