I have one shipments RB[protected]SG. It has arrived in kolkata foreign lcao on dt21/10/2019. And since then, there has been no update whatsoever.
I can't understand what are they doing with the parcel and have made them not update any tracking information.
It is really very annoying. Lousy service whenever its related to international shipment, customs etc.
