[Resolved] Kolkata Foreign Lcao — my parcel is stuck from 30.05.209

My parcel is stuck and not yet released to the destination bangalore sub fgn post for delivery.
There is no update on the status of the parcel. The parcel should not be taking this much time for dispatching. I have been running from pillar to post to get the right person to get this resolved and no official from post offices at my locality wants to help in this regard and this would be the last time i would be trusting indian postal service for any kind of courier.
Better to merge indian postal services with dhl or fedex for providing better services if they are not capable of doing their job.
