[Resolved] Kolkata Foreign Lcao — shipment stuck in customs

My parcel has been stuck in customs since 21st October 2019. It's been close to a month and no update yet on the movement of the item. Had expected a better service quality, this is a very bas experiience. The seller has also let go stating that this is a customs issue that they should resolve. This was supposed to be a gift. Please let me know when/if the parcel will be delivered.
My product has been stuck there for 12 days. The tracking I'd is RP[protected]CN. It was ordered from aliexpress and it is coming from China. What is the issue? When can I expect it?
