Kolkata Foreign Lcao — kolkata foreign lcao have caught my parcels none of their contact numbers work and no response from them on this matter

My parcel has been stuck with kolkata foreign lcao with almost 10 days and their is no response on this. I mean if there is problem with documents or anything else i can provide them but if i will not know the issue how am i supposed to resolve it. My parcel is stuck with them for almost 10 days now i have tried to contact them on 5 different number i could find some say the telephone is dead some do not pick up what is this??
