My order from aliexpress is stuck in kolkata foreign lcao for the past few days. The shipment from china was rather a quick one, but the product is stuck in kolkata for a concerning amount of time and i worry that my product is not going to be delivered. I also see this happens quite frequently to orders originating from china, and i suspect there is some sort of scam or misdeed going on there.

I have 2 items being shipped from ali express of the cost range 15 to 25$ which have been stuck at kolkata foreign lcao without any updates since 24-july.

I had placed an order with a company based in china.
20 days ago. A long wait already. However, it seems that the problems haven't come to an end yet. The parcel's stuck in kolkata now. On top of that, there's even no festival season to cause such a delay.
I recently have checked some reviews about this office online and i have observed that 85 percent of the reviews are really very negative.
It seems that the parcel's are stuck forever in that place...
It's almost a month since i've placed the order...
I don't wish to wait another month or even a year for a parcel which is stuck due to the mismanagement in that office. This has to be resolved not just for me, but also for many others who are in a similar situation. Most products coming from china are sent to this office. Thus, timely management is a must.
I hope this issue is resolved and that i get my parcel quickly.

There is no update on the status of the parcel. The parcel should not be taking this much time for dispatching. I have been running from pillar to post to get the right person to get this resolved and no official from post offices at my locality wants to help in this regard and this would be the last time i would be trusting indian postal...

Its been more than one week since they have recieved and after that there has been no updates on the consignment. There is no source from where you can find tracking for the product i even tried contacting them over phone but as usual. Government service department will answer to calls.
