Kolte-Patil Developers — Booking amount not refunded on cancellation

They ensured of booking amount refund in case of cancellation but their sales and CRM team refused to do so when contacted for my booking at Life Republic. Even after multiple phone calls and emails they kept on ignoring me. After almost 4 months of followup now, these ### shared a picture of cheque drawn to me and informed that they will only dispatch it if I delete all negative reviews. How can I trust this builder. I would rather keep my reviews and take this up legally.
