I booked flat in Ivy Estate with Garden Facing rate @ Rs 50/sq.ft. ~ Rs 55000(extra rate + vat + service tax + registration + stamp duty due to extra base cost of the flat due to extra rate ) costed more than non garden facing flat and now I see there is no garden facing to my flat rather and there is another building planned to come and in the area where garden was supposed to come they made a water tank. I am asking them to give my garden facing money back and they said that garden is visible from my flat whereas the garden is actually diagonal ( not in front of my building ) and is actually is in front of other buildings.
Also they have informed for some water project charges as Rs 32/sq.ft. to be charged att ime of possession and now they are asking 12.2 % service tax on it costs around Rs 5000 extra than actual cost. However at time of booking they didn't mentioned any such charges.
At time of booking they have informed to charge one time maitenanace charge with rate Rs 2.5/sq.ft./month for two years but now at time of possession they are asking for Rs 3/sqft/month which is costing me around Rs 10000 more than what they have committed.
