Kolte-Patil Developers — mirabilis project delayed quite a lot and not allowing visit for nearly 8 months

At kolte patil mirabilis project that has been delayed quite a lot, they are not even allowing visit of my own apartment for last 8-9 months.. Dont know what are they upto.. They had promised delivery by june 2019 to me and its december but still dont hear anything from them. Really a bad experience buying apartment with kolte patil and advise people to be vary of these builders.
