Konduskar Travels — complaints against the pathetic call center and gm himself

Useless callcenter have ever seen. Booked a ticket on 24th nov from miraj to pune at morning 8:45am then as plan got changed called the call center at 9 am to cancel the ticket as it was been booked on konduskar app. Lady says, i cant give you the return now so i will transfer the ticket for tomorrow and you may call the concerned person and cancel the ticket so that you will get refund. So called helpline they said we cant help you out. Then as suggested called gm but pathetic person i have ever seen who doesnt have time to even listen to problem he said you will receive a call from our side then received call from +[protected] this man has no manners how to talk to a lady customer and not even patience to listen. Then received a call from mr. Kailash such a sober person he listened to whole problem and said that we cant cancel the ticket only we can do is transfer. Such a true speaker.
But in whole experience to count never ever will suggest konduskar app which creates such an hassle atleat paytm is better gives option of zero cancellation charges. My money has been completely wasted. If the company people holds such an disrespect towards women. For surly gonna put the whole experience on web. So the girls who even thought a pinch to travel with konduskar will not give it a thought. Disrespectful talk towards women which is highly taken to look into. If the paytm can pay whole amount back then why the he'll konduskar app himself doesnt provide the facility. Pathetic people. I being a regular traveller faced such an hassle. Incredible mannerless people except kailash who atleast carried guts to speak truth.
Never in future looking forward to travel with konduskar and surely will raise voice against the bad behaviour of the gm and +[protected] this contact person who is a puppet of gm. Guys please go and learn some things about how to talk to a lady.
