Sir, i had submitted on online complaint regarding 2% charges for card swipe on my booking ticket (I) from kolhapur to vashi (10/06/2017) and (Ii) vashi to kolhapur (11/06/2017). An amount of rs 46/- (2%) was charged by the travel company konduskar travels, kolhapur maharashtra.
A complaint was lodged asking for evidence to charge or refund the amount charged.
In the auto response it was informed that the company would respond in 3 days. But there has been no reply till date

    I am a regular passenger and travel a lot between Pune to Kolhapur route. On 1st of May 2017, I was travelling from Kolhapur to Pune using konduskar volvo bus with ticket cost of 550 and bus timing was 11:30 pm. Bus was late and the customer care executive told us to wait for 30 mins.Old bus named Kondusar arrived at around 12:30 and driver started asking for Pune 11:30 passengers. Bus was very old, pathetic and not a volvo. Aftet inquiring to office they told us that main volvo bus was having some problems and thats why they have changed the bus. This has happened 3 times with me and last time with same bus got had collision with Karnataka volvo bus standing on Khedshivapur toll booth. This time I asked them for refund but they told us that it will get credited to your account after couple of days. I asked them for proof but the people in the office hesitated to give any such confirmation. When I stand infornt of bus asking for immediate money transfer they even tried to threatened me by accelerating bus and even coming forward and stopping near about 6 inches from me. After a recursive demand they gave me my money back and I left the office. It was very pathetic service provider and they do not have any shame. The worst thing was that people sitting on the bus was not even reacting on fraud. Its because of this kind of people they do such fraudulent things regularly.

      I had booked for the journey from Pune to Kolhapur on 13th Oct 2016, worth Rs 406 and which was cancelled by the agency on the same date before 1 Hr of the actual journey. Now despite of following up for many times i haven't received my refund. Travel agency's admin (Mr Patil) is not responding to my calls and acts like a goon when i met him personally. Seeking justice in this case.

        I had booked online four tickets from Pune to kolhapur for the date of 24th April. Later on due to some reasons I had to cancel my tickets but was unable to do so. Your website wasn't supporting the cancellation procedure but was directing me to helpline numbers. I tried reaching those numbers constantly but none of them responded. Only one mobile number was responding that too didn't give satisfactory answers and told us to call the landline numbers. Ultimately I couldn't cancel my ticket and have lost my precious time and money.
        This response is very cheap and is not at all expected from a reputed company like Konduskar.
        I am very disappointed with this behaviour and lodging this complaint.
        Please help me to get my cancellation refund or else I will have to approach consumer court.

          I booked a ticket from sangli to Pune but I did not receive any confirmation from konduskar and after confirming with local office the seat was not booked and no refund is given to me and earlier I had a notification for booking return ticket and I booked the ticket but the ticket got booked for Pune to sangli again and there is no cancellation option for these tickets so I've wasted around 1000 bucks and had to travel through government bus so please at least give me the refund for 508 rupees I spent and did not get confirmation from konduskar I have added the screenshot of my bank statement so please take a look at this

              Dear executive.. I m regularly traveling through your bus service.. it is very disappointing to mention.. your services day by day are becoming uncomfortable.. mostly in case of the departure timing and arriving at destination..today I have started my journey at 16:15.. and its 19:56 now and I m at rich park hotel.. estimated time of arrival was 20:30 at Pune.. eventhouh there was no traffic on road and no long que at toll booths.. hope u will take care of it..and will get comfortable journey..

                This bus was cancelled by the travel agency and assured me that within 7 days I will get my refund back through online mode. I visited this travel agency office in Shivajinager Pune but the attendant didn’t reply properly saying that this is the matter of online so it will be online process. Tried many call regarding refund of money but all goes vain. I dropped several mails but in response I got WARNING MSG mentioning not to write again. As per the reference mail on my mail i got from travel agency dt. 21/10/16 and on that mail the response i got is WARNING .each time I drop mail the same WARNING msg appear in my mail box. Claiming my refund money is not a crime. This booked bus has been cancelled by Sana traveller not from my side. In that also when i called for the next booking agent didn't replied properly. i want my refund back as soon as possible as from 12th till date its almost 15 days over. Help me to get my refund money back.

                  Booked ticket from kolhapur to pune and travel time mentioned online was 4 hrs.
                  Whereas actually it taken 6 hrs. After asking them it was their daily schedule and told to ask redbus for their wrong information.
                  I have suffered a lot and konduskar representatives are blaming redbus for this.
                  Need to take necessary action or else i will take action of consumer power.
                  Worst experience. Horrible.

                    Imy father age 75 & mother age 70 was travelling from sangli to pune today 4 pm . Near satara the bus was breakdown.. I call to kolhapur office but they give me mr bhosale mobile no. But mr bhosale was not receiving phone..
                    My father was a diabetic patient. After waiting 6pm to 9pm near satara they arrange another bus from pune. The person laying that the bus will come within 15 minutes.. But after long waiting the bus arrived from satara at 9pm..
                    This is very bad service from konduskar.
                    They have to check every bus before departure...Bus quality also going down..

                      Konduskar Travels — very poor management

                      Konduskar travel has very poor management.Main office does not even have contact number of driver. Bus facility is not good at all. Dont travel by this bus
                      The buster service you ever give to passengers. Konduskar travels not given service properly.

                        I, Sanket Savale, was traveling from sangli to nashik on 10th of April 2016 by konduskar travels. The bus provided during journey was of poor quality. Then it further resulted into engine trouble on 3am in the morning (11 April 2016). No any quick decision taken at same time. They make to wait us upto 7 am in the morning. I was expected to join duty in the morning. But happened condition couldn't make it possible. Then at 7:15 am another bus arrangement done by konduskar. This bus is of poor quality. And the booked ticket was of sleeper but second bus provided was sitting. This situation resulted into mental instability. I want to raise complaint for poor quality of bus against konduskar.

                          WE HAVE BOOKED RAILWAY TICKET FROM PUNE TO JODHPUR IN PEAK SEASON IN TATKAL QUOTA IN THIRD AC. TRAIN FROM PUNE WAS SCHEDULED AT 1950 HOURS. WE WERE TO LEAVE FROM ICHALKARANJI (DIST:-KOLHAPUR(MAH)) AND PREFERRED AC VOLVO KONDUSKAR TRAVELS FROM ICHALKARANJI WHICH LEAVES AT 12 NOON AND REACHES BY 6 PM AS SCHEDULE. EVEN THE ORDINARY MAHARASHTRA STATE TRANSPORT TAKES 6 HOURS PRECISELY. DISTANCE FROM ICHALKARANJI TO PUNE IS 230 KMS AND 150-160 KMS IS NATIONAL HIGHWAY NH4.ON SUNDAY BUS REACHED PUNE AT 1935 HOURS, WE HASTILY RUSHED TO STATION BUT WAS IN VAIN AND MISSED THE TRAIN. IN THE PEAK SEASON NOW, COULDNT MANAGE TO GO AND RETURNED BACK TO ICHALKARANJI WE WOULD LIKE TO FIRE KONDUSKAR TRAVELS WHO HAS NO COMMITMENT AND TAKES SUCH HEAVY CHARGES WITH LEAST CONCERN TO PASSENGER NEED OF TIME. PLEASE SUGGEST THE BEST WAY TO GET THE COMPENSATION AND MAKE THEIR RATINGS TO WORST.

                            Dear Sir, I was travelling from kolhapur to pune on 11th may 2015 . The bus was scheduled to depart at 4 pm . But due to some issues we were informed about delay upto 4.45 pm . But finally us came at 6 pm which was 2hours late. This was a great delay nd very unfair to passengers who has to go beyond final drop point of bus. Meanwhile they changed bus between kolhapur to pune due to another failure. Bus reached pune at 11.15 pm which 2 hours 15 minutes late. I had to travel to aundh which is11 km from final dropoff. As it was extreme late I didnt get any Municipality Bus transport and I had to hire private taxi which cost me Rs. 170 more than PMPML bus. So due to their lack of responsibility we suffered alot and time and money was wasted. This made negative impact on our further journey. I demand my ticket amount back.

                              On my ticket from pune to banglore it was clearly mentioned that the boarding point is from there only still no vehicle turned up to pick us up. On asking the manager there he said that I cant contact the pick up van driver. Later he arranged for one that too in panic as he was also concerned but the bus driver was also very rough over the phone to that manager, they themselves were concerned about my boarding but the driver was not complying by his terms and I suffered. Being a student a loss of 1300 rupees is of great concern for me

                                I traveled with Konduskar last week from Pune to Ichalkaranji and we were shifted from the Volvo to a mini bus 1 hour prior Sangli stand. This itself was very disappointing service, when I have paid for Volvo I should get the same throughout the journey. More over at 12am after reaching Sangli, I was left alone in the bus with the driver for the next 1 hour journey to Ichalkaranji. How can Konduskar be so careless about a girls security and not assure about it at 12am in the night on a lonely road. I had to call my relatives and ask them to come midway and be on the phone with me till I reached the destination. A female passengers security should be taken care of. I would never travel with Konduskar again.

Dombiwali branch also provided Chief of Konduskar Mr. Ketan. [protected]. he replied rud manner and told to me that we shall not cancel as per our companies rule and order, if you have grievance you may complaint to company. I am customer if your company make rules for your profit what i get service. Plz consider it Plz reply to us [protected]

                                    I travelled by Konduskar Travel bus sleeper coach (bus number MH 09 L 8934) from Pune to Mhapusa on 27 th April 2013. The schedule departure time was 9.30 pm and schedule arrival time was 7.30 am. However the bus started from Pune at 11.12 pm and reached to Mhapusa at 10.00 am. This created a lot of problem for our trip plans. Besides the condition of the bus was too poor. There was a continuous sound from the bus which did not allow us to sleep in this bus. On complaining the manager did not entertained me properly and talked rudely. Bus may give some problem in future causing some serious accident. Please look into the matter as early as possible to save the lives of innocent passengers.

                                      I had booked 2 tickets, seat# 15 &17 which were towards the front - for the multi-axle AC Gogte Travels-konduskar Semi-slp for 25/03/2012, the bus was cancelled and we were given an AC sleeper which was in a very bad condition, the curtain railings had come off adn tehbus was making a weird noise. We were given the second last sleeper where the ride was nothing less than a roller coaster ride, except I did not have any safety precaution in the upper sleeper. At one moment when the driver had rode over a speed-breaker I jumped and was thrown towards the front. There on, I held on to the safety rods to ensure I wouldn't fall off the upper sleeper. I asked the cleaner to convey the driver to ride a bit cautiously or else someone would be injured, however he argued with me saying what will I do when the ghats come. I felt it pointless to talk to someone who has no brains. While I was praying that I reach safely to my destination, at 1 pm the bus was stopped due to some problem in the bus at Shirval and we were asked to wait outside the bus, we were then given a AC seater bus. I thanked God for it, but my happiness was short lived as we were woken up YET AGAIN at 4.30 am and were asked to sit in another bus as the bus we were traveling did not have the permit to enter Goa. Finally I reached my destination- Mapusa at 9 am instead of 6 am or 7 am, I definitely didn't reach on time but reached safely, I thanked God that I reached safely without getting injured or killed. Yes, i did not sleep well but WHO CARES!!??!!!

                                        I was booking online ticket on 29/Sep/2012 from sangli to Mumbai on Konduskar Travells website i.e Konduskartravels.in. For this transaction I used ICICI banking.When I waas booking the mount also got deducted from my Bank Account. But there is transaction fail at the end.When Contacted , they said the money wil be refunded back within 3 days.
                                        Its already been week and no refund yet.

                                        I had also given as feedback in the same website feedback column on 3rd with the details still no response.Please arrange for the refund immediatly.

                                        My internent is working very very slow, before never this happen & in yahoo website whenever i am working its not working properly, email not sending, always shows error code 16 & 17.please help me, because my proper work with the Internet.I always doing compalin on 1500 but from there not get any response.there staff pick up the & when i am telling them my problem they are cut off the phone.i am in very trouble.Please help.Before i am sending email more than 300 - 500 email id, but now only 1 or 2 email id to going mail.
