Konduskar Travels — trip cancelled and yet to get refund amount

I have booked two tickets from shirdi to pune for the travel date 27/08/2018 through red bus.in. My seat no was l7 and l10. I have received a phone call from [protected] on 26/08/2018 by 2.50 pm that the bus trip from shirdi to pune travel date 27/08/2018 was cancelled due to break down of bus, and i was asked to contact [protected] no. For further details. Then i contacted that no. Two or three times and confirmed that my bus trip was cancelled on that date. My pnr no. Tm9d87321551.

I am yet to get my refund amount from red bus.in as they have not received confirmation from your office about the cancellation of the bus on 27/08/2018. Please send the details about the cancellation of the bus to redbus.in and make necessary arrangement for the refund of the amount.
