Konduskar Travels — Unable to partially cancel one seat out of 5 seats booked

I had booked 5 seats for a journey. I now wish to cancel one seat out of it. However, I am not able to do so on the website of Konduskar. I called their office, but they said that since I made the booking online, they won't be able to help in this. In short, I am not able to exercise my right to partial cancellation. Their cancellation policy clearly mentions that we can do a partial cancellation, I have taken a screenshot of the same. It is imperative for mento cancel as soon as possible, as cancellation charges increase as we go closer to the journey time. Currently if I cancel the single seat, I will have to pay 20% of the fare as cancellation charges. This can go to 100% if I don't cancel till 12 hours prior to the journey time.
