Hi,
I've downloaded 811 app. App concept is very good but in terms o[censored]se it is pathetic. Full page advert stated that bank account can be opened in 5 mins, i being existing credit card customer could not open even after 8 days of aadhar verification. Wrote an email 7 days back but no response till date.

When opened the app, it gave 2 options new registration or log in using crn. I used crn as i am credit card. Customer.

I have downloaded your app ‎and opened Kotak lite account .It is a zero balance account right...I had requested full KYC.Now your agent called me and told me I have to deposit immediately for kyc..He was talking very rudely..I told him that I don't want to deposit right now..i will do it later..But He is forcing me on the phone for depositing immediately  and told me that He has my PAN number and he will blacklist my PAN and Adhar so that I couldn't be able to open any further bank account in any bank or apply for loan.he was threatening me very badly .what is this?this is your service?very very poor bank service I have ever seen.  
I hope you will take step.Worst experience with Kotak bank.
This I can say the 0 rate, you haven't initimated me to maintaine my balance as that was the salary account I have to maintain 10, 000 when I transfer the amount of 2500 it's suddenly deducted, and customer service person it's coz of non maintenence who is going to initimate cm how much we have to maintaine, n who gives u right to deduct without any initimation, when I called I asked the call center person, he told me I'll register a complaint but tht complaint he cannot give me on mail as they don't have access, and I have to record that complaint with me for 3months coz they will reverse my amount after 3months once will start maintaing balance, the whole story is you should give sum notification to the cm so if we cannot get the salary, so they should closed the account...worst experience
I had received massage from bank after completing KYC norms to deposit amount by click link mentioned on massage. I had done deposit through link send by mail but til now I didn't get money to my account which was Rs.1000. What the hell is going on through this bank please resolve my problem as early as possible. I attached the pic

Im working in kotak mahindra on 811 process for KYC
Actualy when customers knows the everthing about 811 he wants to close account
Thats why our seniors Krishna from fino pay teck department noida who is handling the KYC work for kotak mahindra bank.
Our senior krishna force us to lie to customers
Krishna says (mujhe kuch nhi pta mujhe din k 5 account chahiye her employee se kuch bhi kro customer se jhut bolo ya jabardast kro but account open kro verna sallery hold pe daal dunga)
He always force their team to make customers fool
I have open my kotak mahindra 811 account.. that is zero balance account.. but after some days the agent called me and told me to do KYC then i call him at home for KYC. After KYC the agent tell me me that he sending one link on your phone after that i have to click on that link and give payment of RS. 2000 online. I said ok but when i can get this money back in my account he was told to me that after 24 hours when your KYC will be completed tge money also come in your account.. but after that 24 hours money not reflected in my account.. than i call to agent and ask him he told me again sir you wait 1 or 2 days more sometimes it take time to show in account i said ok i wilk wait. Now today it is 8 days now money not come in my account. If i call to agent than he never answer my call. I don't know i what i do. Now i planning to file complaint in police against bank and that agent.

I have written these guys second time in this month and that too for just the same reason. I submitted an application to get my account closed last month at sec 62, noida branch. That application has not processed yet. I tried calling these guys but their phone banking is pathetic. I tried writing to them again but it is not letting me do so. FIND IMAGE ATTACHED.
Maine kotak credit urban card keliye apply kiya tha lekin bank ne Mera pura teen mahina barbad Kia aur credit card bhi Nani diya Mera cibil score bhi achcha hai. 842 aur bank account bhi daily use karta hoon.
I have applied Kotak 811a/c through online the next day one person is came to collect kyc after few day my account got block bcz of some address issue n then I given request latter also in my home branch n they provided me 10dan now n I given complaint in helpline 24*7 n still I could got any replay n near two weeks over waste service in the world dammit they r making fool's to customers by telling Lie's

Hai, I opened account in kotak Mahendra (811) account, last month, I get account confirmation, but I didn't get debit card and bank book, I am trying to send request for debit card in kotak mahendra Bank app, but always showing msg like . It is in process, it will take 2 working days to activate debit card, always showing msg like this only since last one week, I gave complaint also but no result from bank people
