I have applied for a person loan in Kotak bank and it's been almost one month. The loan amount already approve 10 days back and till now i have not received the loan amount to my account and my liabilities showing as I already taken loan. I tried reaching Kotak team multiple times through email and phone([protected]) till now i have not received any response from kotak. i need your help on this matter.

    Hereby I inform you that I am the customer of Kotak Mahindra bank from 2014. I have given one reversal request in September 2016 for the deduction of lum sum amount around 2969/- from my Kotak Mahindra bank my request no. Is 1-[protected]. Still this request is pending. At the time of request made customer care told me that it will reverse within 4 working days in my account. When I called to the bank concerned person she told me that your approval will come in next week from higher authority. But still they are not working on my request. So I kindly requested to you please work on my request as soon as possible.

      Hello, this is shashank .My complaint is Kotak bank has charged non maintenance balance inr 1380(690 for 2 times) on 31st march .they shows that it for non maintenance balance but i do not know why ..as i am using it since 1.8 yrs it was never happened but this time they suddenly deducted amount without any information, any mail or message .they did it with me .when i called them they said you have to maintained 10000 rupees for avoiding non maintenance balance .when i said i am using it since 1.8 yrs, this thing never happened with me before .then they did not say anything, they cut the call .

        Full page newspaper front-page ad showed as if account creation is all online just giving details of aadhaar and pan number. I selected zero-balance account. Still asked me to transfer rs.5000 online from my existing debit card.
        When i call customer care, they talk about "appointment" to collect documents like application, pan number, etc. It is not online account creation as advertised. Cheating. Cheating. Cheating. Don't do business with kotak.

        Main kotak.com website does not take complaints or service request for Kotak 811 accounts. They don't even mention the customer care number to contact. Pathetic situation for Kotak 811 Jifi accounts. Added the picture from site.

        Its a big scam which kotak 811 does to everyone they deduct the money for everything whether you deposit the money or you receive the money or you give the check to anyone to withdraw for everything they will charge.

        Please dont beleive kotak811 its a big scam as i faced issues with them and the customer support of kotak god should knows what they speak to the customers.

        In the image see how they deducted my amount with out any reason and the customer care people tells that they even dont which cash deposit charges of these

          Without my permission or knowledge KOTAK BANK. GREATER NOIDA BRANCH debited TBMS charges 9 TIMES on 31st March from my NRO account. Seems like there annual targets were not being met so illegally debited many customers without letting them know . I am one the Victims. My account balance was never low since I hold an NRE account still they robbed my account.
          I need my Rs. 1552 reversed back from Kotak in the next 48 hrs or i am escalating it to a level Kotak bank will regret.

            I have been charged a TBMS (Low Balance) changes repeatedly in this month however I holds the salary account in your bank. I was told, you will never be charged to this TBMS charges but it has been deducted without informing me.

              Kotak Smart Advantage Plan of life insurance is one of the worst policies i think. I took this plan through one of my friend who was a agent in kotak. But this has performed as the worst policy for me. Till now i have paid almost 1.20lack as premium( anual of 15k from 2009). Inspite of market doing good from 2009, the fund value is showing as around 64K which is almost half of the premium paid.!!! even i switched the fund as per their guidlines to increase the fund values, but when i see the statment...there are monthly charges applicable which are eating up all the money of premium and nothing is being invested in market... No one is taking responsibility to make apropriate changes and help customer get his value for hard earned money... i feel pity for kotak life people...such incidents will only bring down confidence of customer in ur products and its not going to help kotak to earn millions of money by such bad methods of heavy monthly maintainance charges for customer.

                Hi every one .. this month march 11 /2017 i get the mesge form the bank creadit card depotment..without im using creadit card ..that day..i got mesage from bank...without using how can they are sending the bill for me..i cannot understand ..(transaction of some amount...hads beenmade on mkotak creadit card ..at..www.PAYREF.INFO...).IM SO MANY TIMES CALL TO CUSTEMER CARE BUT THEY DIDNOT NOT RESPONE FOR THE MY ISSUE.

                  Dear Sir,

                  All of a sudden there were 2 Fake ECS' have been hit on my Kotak Mahindra Savings Account.

                  1 was from ICICI and another one was from Bajaj finserv.

                  I called ICICI and Bajaj both for the details but as per their records there has not been any loan or ECS in my account and they are blaming Kotak bank for the same.

                  However, Kotak Bank has charged me for ECS bounce back as well and they are also not providing me anymore information for the fake loans. This will effect my Cibil scores and I will be in trouble.

                  Kindly help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                    I am a new one for credit card and I have two times debited the amount (575+575=1150) from my credit card. first time I raise the complaint for deactivation of auto debit & amount return, which is debited from my account. The representative said "we took complaint for auto debit and it will be return to your account"at the same time I raised request for EMI conversion. next time I paid before due date, but again they debited from my account on the due date by auto debit. That time my account almost empty so they couldn't take full amount. So again one more 575 for auto debit failure. then only i come to know they could't took the complaint, but I believed they took my request.
                    Again second time I called them(customer care), they said "No, we are not having any request from your side then they took one more request for auto debit and 1st debited amount they couldn't return".

                    currently I'm helpless, Can you please help me to solve this issue.

                    One more thing I want to know, I activated EMI, but they are trying to debit full amount on due date, then what is the purpose of EMI activation and I paid before my due date, even they debited by auto debit.

                    I saw some complaint details same like this on the this page. but I dont know how proceed and handle this issue.

Your reception area is good and staff also but when i was enter cash counter to submit my cheque i was surprised. Your staff( male) is not behave like a gentlemen he was rude. i was asked some question but he was busy with their staff in gossip.. They don't have time for customer.. Its not good for company and your reputation . I wish and hope you will take seriously my complain...

                          I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.5000 on the 14th of this month from the citi bank ATM located in my office cafeteria(Huawei Technologies India pvt, bangalore). My account is in Kotak bank. Right after I made the withdrawal attempt, I received a receipt saying that my transaction had failed. But my account got debited with Rs.5000. On 14th itself, I lodged a complaint at the Kotak bank portal on the link: http://www.kotak.com/kotak_bank_cusotmer_service_center.html
                          and I waited for a response from the bank on the 15th. But I did't get any response from the bank for the complaint I lodged. So I called on the online customer care number [protected]. But I could find no option to register the complaint there. Following which, I waited for 7 days, which is normally time taken by NORMAL banks to credit back the failed transaction
                          amounts to their customers. But still the amount was not credited back. After all these, I called the bank personnel today, on the 22nd of March. I explained everything to her and asked for help to sort this out. She asked me to call the automated customer care number, [protected], again. I told her about the futile attempts that were made by me by calling this same number. She insisted that I call again and as a result, I tried calling again. But still I couldn't find any option to register the complaint. So I called the bank again. But the calls were either cancelled or not picked up.At last call got connected.This time they were pretty rude and told me that they don't have any time for this. They said giving me the automated customer care number is all they can do and that the rest is not their responsibility. I asked them to at least give me proper directions on lodging the complaint. Still they said the same thing and disconnected the call.

                          This is what happened to a normal citizen of this country who opened an account on a recognized bank like Kotak bank. The people who are supposed to help the customers are doing exactly the opposite of what they should be doing. I tried my level best to reason with this bank and I don't think I should take any more of this disrespect. I need justice
                          to be served for me and the bank be held responsible for their actions. I have already had enough of this. Considering the mental pain that I went through because of the
                          irresponsibility of Kotak bank, I feel like I should sue this bank on a much greater level. I regret opening an account with Kotak bank and would never recommend Kotak bank to anyone else.

                          I have attached a screen-shot of my call history to emphasis the number of attempts I made to sort this issue out with the bank. I have also attached the receipt indicating the
                          failed transaction. Hoping for necessary actions to be taken at the earliest possible.

                              It is a fact of disgrace that I had to submit a complain as there has been no justified action taken on this ground.

                              I opened an account with kotak in last june, 2016 where a kotak representative Srinivas Nalla (phone number - [protected] Madhapur Hyderabad branch) came up to my office to help me opening this account.I filled all the related documents for opening and at the time of filling the documents I clearly mentioned him that I have no interest in opening a Demat Account.But when my account was finally opened I was getting kotak demat account alerts.So I called him to ask the reason behind this.He stated that the demat account is free of charge maintenance for a year though I insisted him to close this account.He still told me to keep the account as anyways there are no charges in keeping this account.After 10 months I am receiving a debit mail of Rs. 1156.30/- which needs to be cleared out to close this Demat account.If this amount is not paid off right now this amount will increase in future with additional charges and taxes.
                              I went to Kotak securities, Secunderabad where I was told the same on closing the account . But when I tried to explain that this account was opened beyond my interest they claimed that the representative who opened the account is from banking sector and the kotak securities is not dealing with that.
                              Even they provided me the monthly charges log where I have been subscribed to some offers right from opening of my account. I am trying to reach the representative now he is avoiding my calls or telling me that he will get back to me soon.

                              I have no clue whom to reach out now as I tried all possible ways to escalate this to higher management of kotak.
                              Please address this ASAP.

                                It is not a trustful bank. i am very disappointed i earn money working day and night they trapped me did not tell me that they will change my zero balance salary account type at time of account opening and they started deducting 1000 rupee every month(non minimum balance maintenance fee) which means a lot for me now i realized they deducted 4000 rupees so far. i am very disappointed   they are saying they will return only 2000 rupee if i deposit 50000 rupee for three month this is so pathetic and they are taking advantage of my situation . i am very very disturbed :(.
                                My point is they did not say that they will do this at time of account opening, i do not have time to read 100s of email that kotak bank send me every day. and they did not inform me the exact amount of money they deduct as non minimum balance maintenance fee. please avoid this bank your money is not safe here.

                                  I'm was holding salary account with this bank for past 3 years where they upgraded my debit card to gold, now I had to convert to savings account where they asked to maintain MAB and converted my debit card to regular which i did, all of a sudden they took 570 from my account when asked for reason they replied that my debit card (which was replaced earlier) now its dormant and hence the charge how stupid of these ppl to charge for a debit card that's dormant for 2 years now as soon i converted my account.

                                  They have worst customer care where they make you to roam here and there but you will never get a proper answer.

                                    Kotak Mahindra Bank has fraud business services in all sectors. Debit Cards and Debit Cards. They charge more money than actually they deserve. I have been paying lot more than what I took from them. I feel it is better to take money from individual brokers than Kotak Mahindra Bank. Their fraud business should be closed immediately to save poor people from being robbed by this fraud bank.

                                    Kotak Mahindra Bank is the WORST and FRAUD banking service providers in India. There is no meaning to SERVICE. They deserve only the words FRAUD.. ROBERY.. CHEATING Business holders. They are indian bank, but NO TOLL FREE FOR INDIA... Other Contries can contact them for TOLL FREE... You think Indians are stupid??

                                    They will not give you any extra money or points. They only take from your money and give it back as 10% as a gift to you. So, it is similar to buying more expensive gift for yourself with your own money..

                                    I have used urbane gold credit card of kotak mahindara bank to purchase services/products of cost approaximately 14000 rs. But I did not get any credit points.

                                      Hi,

                                      My kotak CRN number is[protected] and i have been levied amount of 517 and 402 on 12.03.2017 and your customer care has given a statement that the charges are because of non maintenance of Minimum amount.

                                      As per the documents i have signed there is no where mentioned that the minimum average balance should be 10000 in a month and when i have raised this concern with customer care they said that the branch will contact me and until now i didn't get a clarification on the same.
                                      Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I took a personal loan with Kotak Bank around 7 months back and the number of the same is SPLN[protected].

                                      I have submitted my documents for 3 times until and until now ECS has not been activated and your customer service doesn't even have an idea of the ETA and they provided irrelevant dates to me and also i have observed an additional charges of 159/- has been levied even though i never missed an EMI from my end.

                                        i am informing you that settlement has been done on my credit card with final amount as 30000/- on 23/11/17. and as per installment i am paying all amount on time. but many times i did received a call from bank costumer care about payment, why? i do not know.
                                        so please u r requested to check any lack, why they are calling me???????????
